How To Add Search Bar to Taskbar in Windows 10
Is the Search box missing in your Windows taskbar? Right-click an empty area of the taskbar and click Search from the pop-up menu.
Then choose “Show search box” from the next pop-up menu.
When you do that Windows will add a large search box to the taskbar, next to the start button.
If the search box takes up too much space on your taskbar, then choose the Show search icon option which only adds a small search icon instead of a large search box.
